A highly skilled position to help the organization promote its product offerings. The resource will have extensive experience in marketing and comprehensive knowledge in all its gamut’s such as Branding, Lead generation, Identifying a new market, Client management, Website development, Channel partnering, Analyst relations, events, etc.

Key Responsibilities of this role

  • Collaborate with the business teams including CEO to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share both locally and globally.
  • Ensure all marketing resources – website, collateral, campaign strategy, event calendar, client contacts etc… are updated, current, relevant and stored in a central repository
  • Assign team goals, monitor goals, conduct internal team workshops to upskill the team. Provide mentorship to the team members
  • Build relations with industry analysts
  • Create and establish effective channel partner/ reseller network
  • Prepare key marketing performance metrics and tracking tool to provide research, forecast, competitive analysis, campaign results and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
  • Oversee and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Represent the organization by participating in at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Ensuring optimal Customer Experience whilst showcasing product demonstrations on various platforms per the requisite
  • Own the complete Marketing Lifecycle (MLC)
  • Explore and research the global market to position the product offerings

Experience Required : 10+ years

Skills and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles
  • Experience with digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proven ability to provide marketing analytics
  • Proficiency with content management systems, and design software’s
  • Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education
  • Commercial awareness
