test results under real conditions.
Orbit-X
is emission testing automation software on chassis
dynometer. It performs the integrated operation
and control of the multiple devices like Driver's
aid, Emission system, CVS etc. This software is
useful in R&D Testing, End of Production test
and Certification.
Orbit-X
provides compliance with any make dynamometer.
It interfaces various make emission monitoring
systems (CVS). The user interface part of the
software works on Windows NT/2000 where as the
control software works on Embedded control system
with Real time Operating system (RTOS).
iASYS offers
a Windows based software (Orbit-X)
along with real time embedded controller for controlling
the chassis roller dynamometer for vehicle testing
purpose. Orbit-X supports
all the basic modes of operation (Like Warm up,
dyno calibration, vehicle calibration, Road Load
Simulation (RLS), RLS coast down mode etc).
Orbit-X
can work with chassis dynamometer with Mechanical
inertia simulation (By means of flywheels) or
with electrical inertia simulation.
To conduct the
tests corresponding to various driving cycles,
a Powerful Windows based drivers aid system (Comet)
is offered by iASYS with user-friendly operations
and pendant control (remote control).
