software (Orbit-v)
along with real time embedded controller for controlling
the chassis roller dynamometer for vehicle testing
purpose. Orbit-v supports all the basic modes
of operation (Like Warm up, dyno calibration,
vehicle calibration, Road Load Simulation (RLS),
RLS coast down mode etc). |
| Orbit-v provides compliance
with any make dynamometer. Optionally it can even
interface various make emission monitoring systems
(CVS). The user interface part of the software
works on Windows NT/2000 where as the control
software works on Embedded control system with
Real time Operating system (RTOS). |

dynamometer with Mechanical inertia simulation
(By means of flywheels) or with electrical inertia
simulation. |
| To conduct the tests corresponding
to various driving cycles, a Powerful Windows
based drivers aid system (Comet) is offered by

system (Orbit-b),
which can be integrated with various make Brake
Inertia Dynamometer. BrakeDyno controls the drive
and Brake actuation system and monitors various
performance parameters from brake test stand.
An Universal test programmer is provided that
can be used to create various international standard
test sequences like (JASO , ISO etc.) . |
